We deliver to Germany, other EU countries and Switzerland.
Please note that a surcharge may apply for special postcodes and islands. Shipping costs for other countries will be calculated at checkout.
***IMPORTANT***
If the packaging arrives damaged, you should either refuse the delivery altogether OR accept the delivery but ensure that the damage is noted on the delivery note. In either case, please contact us by email as soon as possible after delivery to notify us of the damage. Please keep all packaging until the problem has been rectified.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 - 17:00 (CET). However, we are always available by email and make our best to respond to all customer enquiries as quickly as possible.
Please make sure to fill in your full name and correct shipping address (including zip code and destination country). Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for orders that do not arrive at their destination due to incorrect delivery information at checkout.
In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive at its destination despite providing correct delivery information at checkout (within 30 days), please contact us in writing athello@croozaboo.com
1. Inform us by email at hello@croozaboo.com about your return.
2. Pack the scooter in its original packaging.
3. Send the package with a delivery service of your choice at your expense to this address:

4. After receiving and checking your return, the amount will be refunded to you using the payment method you originally chose.
We would like to point out that we can only take back unforeseen (unused) products, i.e. without signs of wear, dirt or the like.
